This product comes on A5 sheets. Each sheet contains two 105x148mm labels. Each label measures 105x148mm; this size should not be confused with the number of sheets in the pack. Choose the layout to suit your artwork and the surface where the label will be applied.

Practical label preparation

The A5 sheet is divided into two 105x148mm labels, each corresponding to A6 format. You can print two separate markings on one sheet. Feed the complete A5 sheet into the printer and peel the labels from the backing after printing.

Uses in business and warehousing

Prepare a design with legible text and sufficiently large codes. Leave space around the label edges so that minor movement in the printer does not cut into important information. Example uses include:

• address labels for two shipments
• product batch and outer-carton identification
• brief instructions on individual packaging

Laser printing on A5 sheets

The sheets are intended for laser printers and copiers that support self-adhesive media. Select the media settings recommended in your device instructions. Print at 100% scale, without automatically fitting the document to the page.

Set up a document in A5 format and match the print areas to the actual label layout. First make a test print on plain paper and compare the positions with the label sheet.

Before buying, check whether your printer supports self-adhesive A5 sheets and which tray to use. Support for A4 does not automatically mean that smaller formats are supported.

Paper and permanent adhesive

The labels are made from white matte woodfree paper weighing 70 g/m². A permanent water-based acrylic adhesive is intended for lasting identification. These are paper labels for typical indoor applications; they should not be treated as waterproof or as removable without residue.

Apply them to a clean, dry surface. Test adhesion on unusual materials or curved packaging before use.
